Thank you for supporting Jenga Donate. We are committed to transparency and want you to feel confident about your donations. This policy explains how we handle refund requests.
As a nonprofit organization, we rely on donations to rescue and care for animals in need. Once we receive a donation, we immediately put it to work saving lives. Therefore, donations are generally non-refundable.
